2. Ride at Your Own Risk

All riders acknowledge that equestrian activities involve inherent risks, including potential injuries or accidents to themselves, their horses, and third parties. • Refrain from aggressive behaviour towards others and their animals.

  • Report any incident, injury, or hazard immediately to OEC management via the Incident Report form.

  • Ensure that their actions do not endanger others while using the facilities.

  • Yards or stables must be used - no tying horses to floats or trucks.

  • Keep the premises tidy, in particular:

    • Pick up manure and hay from the arenas and truck park, and put in the muck heap in the truck park.

    • Take ALL rubbish home.

4. Liability Waiver

By using the OEC facilities, riders waive any claim they may have against OEC, its owners, employees, agents, or representatives, for any accident, injury, damage, or loss suffered during or as a result of using the facilities. This waiver extends to damage to personal property, vehicles, horses, and equipment.

5. Responsibility for Damages

Riders are responsible for any damage caused to OEC property, facilities, or equipment. Riders agree to bear the cost of repairs or replacements resulting from such damages.

6. Parents/Guardians Responsibility
