For your own safety and that of others, it's vital that all incidents are reported.

To ensure the safety and security of you and everyone who use the OEC facilities, ALL incidents must be reported. This helps us to provide care and support where required, and to make any necessary repairs to the facilities. If we don't know about it, we can't fix it!

Riding incident, e.g. a fall
Non-riding incident involving a horse, e.g. horse got loose, someone got kicked
Broken equipment, e.g. broken fence or jumping rails
Faulty equipment, e.g. lights not working
Suspicious activity, e.g. stranger on the grounds
Aggressive or abusive behaviour towards a person or a horse
